GIGO Data™ is operated by GIGO Data, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This document covers data processing across all services operated by GIGO Data, Inc., including Library Method™ (operated under exclusive licence from Adrian Wise Santos) and GIGO Workers™.
GIGO Data, Inc. operates globally with consideration for international data protection principles, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) in Brasil, and applicable United States federal and state law, including the laws of the State of Delaware.
Data is processed solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the operation of GIGO Data™ services and associated platforms.
Where a user submits or manages information through GIGO Data™ services, the user is generally the controller of that data, and GIGO Data, Inc. acts as the processor, except where GIGO Data, Inc. determines the purposes and means of processing under applicable law.
Processing may include the collection, organisation, structuring, storage, retrieval, use, transmission, safeguarding, and deletion of submitted information as necessary to operate the service.
Processed information may include structured inputs, submitted content, uploaded materials, account-related data, metadata, and system-generated outputs required for functionality, security, and record integrity.
GIGO Data, Inc. processes data in accordance with documented system logic, user actions, contractual terms, and applicable legal obligations.
Access to user data is limited to persons, systems, and service providers with a legitimate need to support operation, security, maintenance, or legal compliance, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
GIGO Data, Inc. may use infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, security, communications, or support providers as subprocessors strictly as necessary to deliver and protect the service.
A list of subprocessors may be provided upon request or published where required by applicable law or contractual obligation.
User inputs and submitted data are not transferred to third parties for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models or improving competing systems. See the AI & Data Policy for additional restrictions relating to model training, indexing, and reuse.
We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, availability, and traceability of processed data.
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve system integrity, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, enforce legal rights, or comply with legal obligations.
Processing may occur across jurisdictions consistent with operational, legal, and security requirements, subject to applicable safeguards where required by law.
