GIGO Data™ is operated by GIGO Data, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of all services, platforms, and associated domains operated by GIGO Data, Inc., including:
By accessing or using any GIGO Data, Inc. service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any related policies incorporated by reference.
These Terms of Service operate within applicable law in the United States (Delaware), the European Union (EU), and Brasil (BR), where applicable.
You may use GIGO Data™ services only in compliance with applicable law and for lawful, authorised purposes. You may not use the services in a manner that interferes with their integrity, security, availability, or evidentiary reliability.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information, content, and materials you submit to any GIGO Data, Inc. service.
You may not misuse GIGO Data™ services, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the system except where such restrictions are prohibited by law, use the services to violate the rights of others, or generate misleading, falsified, or intentionally deceptive records.
GIGO Data™, GIGO Workers™, and all associated services, documentation, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Library Method™ is a proprietary methodology created and owned by Adrian Wise Santos. It is operated by GIGO Data, Inc. under exclusive licence. Intellectual property ownership of Library Method™ remains with Adrian Wise Santos at all times. No right, title, or interest in Library Method™ is transferred to GIGO Data, Inc. or to users beyond the scope of the exclusive licence granted by Adrian Wise Santos.
No right, title, or interest in any GIGO Data, Inc. service or in Library Method™ is transferred to you except for the limited right to access and use the applicable service in accordance with these terms.
You retain ownership of data you submit. Your use of GIGO Data™ services is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing page.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of any service at any time where reasonably necessary for maintenance, improvement, security, legal compliance, or business operations.
GIGO Data™ services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIGO Data, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to use of GIGO Data™ services.
We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, breach of these terms, legal necessity, security risk, or other conduct that threatens any GIGO Data, Inc. service or its users.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law in the European Union or Brasil applies.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of GIGO Data™ services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
