All intellectual property rights relating to GIGO Data™ as a brand, platform, and company — including associated names, documentation, systems, and materials — are the property of GIGO Data, Inc. Publication of content does not transfer ownership or licensing rights except where explicitly stated in writing.
Library Method™ is a proprietary methodology created and owned by Adrian Wise Santos. The Library Method™ intellectual property includes the methodology, conceptual framework, structural doctrine, naming, documentation, and associated systems used to capture, classify, verify, and retrieve work history as defensible evidence.
GIGO Data, Inc. operates and deploys Library Method™ under an exclusive licence granted by Adrian Wise Santos. This licence grants GIGO Data, Inc. the right to operate, deploy, and commercialise Library Method™ globally. Intellectual property ownership of Library Method™ remains with Adrian Wise Santos at all times. No transfer of that ownership is implied by GIGO Data, Inc.'s operation, deployment, or licensing of Library Method™.
Editorial, academic, and descriptive references to Library Method™ are permitted provided that clear attribution is given to Adrian Wise Santos as the creator and intellectual property owner, and reference is made to the canonical URL: https://www.librarymethod.com/.
The following actions are prohibited without written permission of Adrian Wise Santos:
GIGO Workers™ is a practitioner brand operated by GIGO Data, Inc. GIGO Workers™ is deployed in association with the Library Method™ framework. As Library Method™ is intellectual property owned by Adrian Wise Santos and operated by GIGO Data, Inc. under exclusive licence, all GIGO Workers™ activities that draw on Library Method™ methodology operate within the scope of that exclusive licence.
No right, title, or interest in Library Method™ is transferred to GIGO Workers™ practitioners or end users. References to GIGO Workers™ do not imply independent ownership of Library Method™ intellectual property.
