GIGO Data™ is operated by GIGO Data, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This policy applies to all services, platforms, and associated domains operated by GIGO Data, Inc., including Library Method™ (operated under exclusive licence from Adrian Wise Santos) and GIGO Workers™.

Purpose

This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of GIGO Data™ services in order to maintain system integrity, security, lawful operation, and evidentiary reliability.

Jurisdictional Scope

This policy operates consistently with applicable law in the United States (Delaware), the European Union (EU), and Brasil (BR), where applicable.

Permitted Use

You may use GIGO Data™ services to structure, organise, analyse, and manage information in accordance with applicable law, these policies, and the integrity requirements of the system.

Prohibited Conduct

System Integrity

Users may not engage in activities that compromise the integrity, traceability, reliability, or evidentiary value of structured outputs generated by GIGO Data™ services.

Enforcement

GIGO Data, Inc. may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, violation of this policy, legal necessity, or risk to the system or its users.

Relationship to Terms

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
